Michele finds the seat at the table too high, so she was using our Aldi folding doorstep to put her feet on.
That was taking away the step from its intended purpose.
So I made this footstool from scrap timber recovered from a pallet. All it cost me was a few screws.
(Doesn't need to be pretty, it's only for putting feet on, and sits out of sight.)

Edit: Sadly this footrest has been replaced by a plastic one which is much lighter.
