A Ulysses member asked me if I could replicate the metal fittings on the top of his panniers. He'd lost one.
They hold strap handles on the top of faux leather panniers. (Two per strap.)
I created this in OpenSCAD. Perhaps not the best tool.
The small hole on the bottom is threaded.
I sent him a few printed in PETG. Don't know if he ended up using them.
