My first 3D printer was a Malyan 200. Bought it from Hobby King when they sent me an email with an offer I couldn't pass up.
-I'd been looking at 3D printers for a long time. A really cheap price was the trigger.
I figured if I bought cheap and didn't make use of it, small loss. If I got into it, I could upgrade.
When the frustrating aspects of the Malyan bugged me enough, I passed it on and upgraded.

The Voxelab Aquila X2 is a cheap decent 3D printer.
It proved easier to use than the Malyan, and bigger build volume.
I added a direct drive hotend to allow TPU printing, which worked, and a PEI magnetic plate.
But it is now superseded by my new Bambulab P1S.
One of the drivers for the change was the desire for an enclosed printer.

My current 3D printer, a BambuLab P1S. Fast and noisy!
Though I've had to do some maintenance on it (mostly due to my stuffups), printing simple items is pretty trouble free.
